This cozy little house is located in a secluded yet accessible part of Santa Cruz, perfect if you want privacy, quiet and contact with nature. The house is powered by solar energy and has water coming from a nearby spring in the mountain.

The house is located next to a small river in Santa Cruz, that’s why the house is called Casa Del Río. Neighbors are a few meters away. Access is only by boat, at the very popular “Isla Verde” pier. There are many restaurants and resorts near the house for your entertainment.

The entire house is at your disposal, there is a front yard and two terraces where you can take great photographs of volcanoes and the amazing colors that flash the sky at sunset.

For assistance to guests, you can contact me directly, I can arrange transportation, professional massages, Spanish classes, and guided tours with English speaking experts. There’s also a house guardian called Pedro and he can help you with house repairs, getting things for the house, etc. It’s always a good idea to visit Panajachel first and get your groceries since there is where the supermarkets and well stocked stores are.
