Located just outside of the small town of Santa Catarina Palopó, only 6 kms from Panajachel, our Xoco Villa is a great place for a retreat with friends or family.
The Villa has two mirrored rooms, one with king bed,TV, en suite bathroom and a balcony with an amazing view of the lake and volcanos. The other one with 2 beds, bathrooms, closet.
Entrance Level you have a very spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, bar and terrace including a private jacuzzi.
The pool and sun-terrace is a shared area with other villas.
Aside from the Villa, you will have access to the pool area and sun terrace. This area is shared with other Villas. We have 2 parking space in front of the property. And private access to Lake Atitlan walking down the road and some steps. Juan will indicate you how to access the beach.
The easiest to come to Xoco Villas is via Panajachel. The road coming from San Antonio Palopó is not partially dirt road. The entrance has a slightly steep road but is accessible for any type of car.
